# Privacy policy

This site has no advertising, no tracking cookies and no third-party scripts beyond Stripe and Cloudflare.

## Who is responsible

## What is stored on your device

Nothing. No cookies, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting — which is why there is no consent banner. The film is held in browser memory while you scroll and discarded when the tab closes.

## Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies or fingerprinting. It records aggregate data only: page, referrer, country, browser and device type.

## When you book time

Collected: name, email, phone, address and country (needed for VAT), optionally company name and VAT number, the hours selected, and your description of what you need the time for.

This is sent to Stripe to take payment. Card and bank details are never seen or stored by this website. Stripe is an independent controller for payment data: https://stripe.com/privacy

Appointment details are kept for as long as the engagement requires. Invoices and the transactions behind them are kept seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.

A booking is confirmed only once payment clears. Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the first booked hour; see https://frankoonk.com/terms

## Legal basis

- Performance of a contract — booking details and your brief.
- Legal obligation — invoice and transaction records, seven-year retention.
- Legitimate interest — cookieless aggregate analytics.

## Processors

- Stripe — payment processing and invoicing.
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and analytics.

Nothing is sold and nothing is shared for advertising.

## Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email frank@frankoonk.com for a response within thirty days. Erasure cannot override the statutory seven-year retention on invoices.
