# Terms & conditions

These terms cover time booked through frankoonk.com. They are deliberately short; the full general terms and conditions are being drafted and will replace this page.

## Booking and payment

- Time is booked in blocks of one hour at €375 per hour, excluding VAT.
- Blocks run Monday to Friday between 11:00 and 22:00 Dutch time. The last block of a day starts at 21:00.
- Blocks may be spread across several days and paid for in a single transaction.
- A booking requires at least 24 hours' notice.
- A booking is only confirmed once payment has cleared. Selecting hours does not reserve them.
- VAT is determined at checkout by Stripe, based on the billing address and — for business customers inside the EU — a valid VAT number, to which the reverse charge may apply.

## Cancellation and rescheduling

- Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the first booked hour.
- On cancellation, 75% of the amount paid is refunded. The remaining 25% covers reserved capacity.
- Within 24 hours of the first booked hour, no refund is given.
- Rescheduling is treated as a cancellation followed by a new booking, at the full rate. There is no reduced rate for moving an existing booking.

## Introductions

An hour booked as an introduction is charged at the same rate. If the introduction leads to a larger engagement, its cost is deducted from that engagement.
